Junior Counselors
The Junior Counselors are the heart and soul of our Camp, as their dedication, compassion and enthusiasm is what our campers take home with them and will long remember. They are senior high or college youth or adults who provide 24-hour care to one or two individuals with special needs throughout the camping session.
Truly, they put service above self for the entire session, as the needs of their camper takes precedent over their own needs for this week. Participation with the campers in ALL activities is required. Additionally, they must possess stamina and a caring heart, as well as the ability to work cooperatively with the Senior Staff in order to make a difference in the lives of others.
The vast majority of our Junior Counselors return year after year, a testament to the impact that Camp has made on their lives.
